Insurance Information

Dr. Conroy does not accept health insurance payments, as the Boost Performance and Longevity Center is a cash-only practice. Initial consultations, monthly membership fees, and as-desired additional testing are all paid in cash.

Lab work can sometimes be billed to insurance, however. The Center will provide patients with a "superbill" listing all services received alongside the diagnostic codes required to seek reimbursement from your health insurance provider. In all cases, patients are responsible for any amount not covered by their insurance. Not all insurance companies will issue these reimbursements, and pooled employee insurance plans — commonly referred to as “HRAs” — do so only rarely.

Lab work can also be paid for using an HSA or FSA account.
