Becoming a Patient
New Patient Process
Step 1: Get in Touch
New patients should start by texting us or writing to our Service team to schedule their intake. You can reach us at (512) 888-9086 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Step 2: Complete Your Paperwork
The Boost Center offers highly individualized, personal service. To facilitate our work, we collect a significant amount of information on your lifestyle, genetics, family history, and medical history, and the forms required can be time-consuming to complete. We'll send you the necessary paperwork and recommend that you prepare them at your convenience in advance of your visit. Most patients require approximately 45 minutes to complete them all. We will also need a headshot and a scanned copy of your insurance card (front and back).

Step 3: Intake Appointment
Once we receive your completed paperwork, we will schedule an appointment at our office to get blood work and your DEXA scan done. The initial lab panels are extensive. Please arrive fasting for your appointment. The DEXA scan will analyze your body composition, particularly visceral fat and lean muscle mass.
Step 4: Initial Consultation
Four weeks after your intake, you’ll come back for the real beginning of your Boost experience. The initial consultation is a two-hour one-on-one discussion with Dr. Conroy, where you’ll work together to construct a thorough, achievable plan for your long-term health and wellness. He will arrive for the consult thoroughly prepared and ready to discuss your history, notes from your physicals, all of your lab work, your DEXA scan results, and your nutrition. From there on out, he will be your advisor, go-to resource, and collaborator for all aspects of your healthcare.
